Along with photo stills. What's so frustrating is I have done nothing different the last few weeks, why now has it done this? Here is what I have done so far. Deleted Corel and completely re-installed - No effect.
Updated my laptop Windows I cant think of anything else and its driving me nuts. Please someone have the answer. If yes log-on to your YT account and upload the video? Regards Trevor. It's existed in X5 X6 and now X7, so I am hoping there is a patch for this bug.
I have VS Pro X7 64 bit. VERY annoying. Basically, I have a project, say 10 tracks. But it could be ONE track too. Everything imports fine, you can edit fine, no issues. I can only kill the app thru Task Mgr. It's always a random thing. People send me video clips and I put it all together.
Is there a fix, please??? I never used this board before and am hoping someone has an answer. This makes the product useless really, if you go thru hours or days editing and THEN it hangs on render. Very irritated with it and I've been a big supporter of this product forever Oh, and I am creating the file, not going to YouTube directly All files play clean by themselves Thanks, Bruce.
Some manufacturers do provide converters, or advise that we convert their video to a more editable format. Not a lot going for us when mixing formats.
You mention having problems with a single track, what are the properties of those video files. If you can identify any troublesome formats you will be best using a video converter to create a more editable format before adding to VS. I've turned Smart render on, I've turned it off. I've attmepted to render to. I've had it happen on videos that were only one video type and ones that had mixed media photos, videos, gifs.
Remove your music. If you have any music or voice over files, take them out and attempt to render it. That usually works for me. And the worst thing is it won't happen on all music files. Only certain ones that I've yet to find a correlation. I've tried files I've downloaded versus audio I've made and both will either work or not work.
It's frustrating, so I understand your pain. Just make sure you're saving a project before rendering in case it fails and try removing out the audio files.
If that doesn't work, then I'm out of ideas. In our experience, if you have trouble with audio, it is always best to either produce it in standard. Filmed everyting with an Iphone 5 and a Iphone 6. Photos are a mix of iphone 5 and 6. Is there e possibility to upload the whole video project and ask someone of corel to take a look at it? It is possible that your iPhones film using a variable frame rate, and Video Studio has difficulties with that. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
The only difference is the framerate. They are close to "standard" frame rates but just a small amount off, and that is probably enough to make Video Studio stop when it reaches them. All I can suggest is that you use a Video Converter to convert them with the same Properties but with a standard frame rate e.
Maybe you could even use QuickTime Pro for the conversion if you have it. Otherwise, you would need a video converter. Many of us here use the freeware Format Factory which does a good job, including with. I am not sure what to suggest doing with the While an exact 24 fps is regarded as being the "cinematic" frame rate, 25 fps is the standard rate for PAL. However, if you are converting the rest to If you converted the If the video in those clips is relatively slow or static, this might not really be noticeable, and it could in fact be that your phone used that slower frame rate because there was no action being filmed.
If there is a lot of action, however, those repeated frames will make that video a little jerky. I uses handbrake and converted it into Ipad format and added again.
Only two movies were incorrect. Still weird that it can't handle the files. Did anyone find a solution to this problem in the end. All clips are from the same source and have rendered fine in the past. I'm using x7. Is the latest version free of these problems? I've spent a few hours on this edit so it's a shame to start again in other software. Thanks, I know it's an old post. Board index All times are UTC.
