Unless I am actively using teams, my status keeps going to "offline" meaning I don't get notifications, even though I am on my computer and online. So even when teams is open, but minimized, it sets me as offline. This thread is locked.

This is affecting only one user but I've reached the end of my tether in things to try. Things tried so far This seems to be a cloud issue, not anything local, so could warrant a visit to Microsoft Support but before I do, just want to check that I've covered all bases, and indeed, if there is anything else I could try. Does the end user have teams on a mobile device also?

No they did not. However, while troubleshooting reinstalling the desktop client I got them to download the app on their mobile and use it to give me a call.

Same symptoms when they were using their mobile. I have not tried another network, maybe I can get them to use their mobile phone as a network point? This topic has been locked by an administrator and is no longer open for commenting.
